Get AKZU Lens working.
Most issues can be resolved by reloading the extension and refreshing the page you want to inspect.
Quick checks
- Open chrome://extensions, locate AKZU Lens and click Reload.
- Refresh tabs that were already open when the extension was installed or updated.
- AKZU Lens cannot inspect Chrome internal pages or the Chrome Web Store.
- For AI actions, open Settings and use Test under Private AI connection.
- Chrome may reserve keyboard shortcuts; review them at chrome://extensions/shortcuts.
Request support
Use the support contact shown on the AKZU Lens Chrome Web Store listing. Include the extension version, Chrome version, the action you attempted and the exact error message. Do not include passwords, API keys, access tokens, payment information or private page content.
Privacy or deletion requests
Use the same Store support channel and state that your request concerns privacy or server-data deletion.
